Who is Master JAN ?
Hey there! I am Master Jan.
I trained Martial Arts since i was 10 years old in a MMA – Kung Fu School
“Torii-Kung Fu” first.
There i learned from different Martial-Arts-Styles over the world like Escrima, Capoeira, Kinestik, Muay Thai, Tai Chi, Wing Chun and a lot of more. All different Martial Arts Styles unite to one Style. That’s increased my interest about alle Martial – Arts Styles but especially to
Shaolin Kung Fu.
Kung Fu is for me everything because
it’s not only about the fight techniques, it is about your thoughts, your feelings, your inner Strength, it teach you that the real power comes from inside of you and that is what i am gonna teach you too!
Later i was fascinated by the story of Bruce Lee, Tony Jaa and the digital Nomads, so i had the Idea to unite Martial-Arts into a inner journey between inner Strength and to reach your own freedom through the strength and philosphy of Martial – Arts.

I have learned the Southern Shaolin Wahnam and the northern Style Shaolin Wushu in Frankfurt over 10 years and had 2 years of it in Thailaind.
I combine everything i have learned in every Training Session to have to train the Stances and Handform of shaolin first is the most important after that we have a body workout, Shaolin Form, Quick Self defense session, and after tat to cool down we practice Qi gong and Mediation. With meditation at the end we also learning how to control thought and feelings in Shaolin Philosophy mind/heart practice to solve life problems. Be ZEN in the resence of your Life Moment. We will make Qi Gong and practice Shaolin Stances at the beginning and athe end we have our meditation session to come back strong to our daily Life.
Experiences in Southern Shaolin Wahnam Style and Shaolin Northern Wushu Style in Kung Fu. Additionally i teaching Shaolin Philosopy Mind/Heart Practice and other Martial Arts Styles i have learned on My Journeys like for example yet Taekwondo and Muay Thai techniques.
