How do Virtual Classes Work?

What technology is required?

Any Smartphone or Laptop with installed Zoom or Google meet in App or in Browser(Firefox,Google Chrome and Safari) to open in Internet online. You don’t need any previous Martial Arts experience to join except for the „Martial Arts Form-help“ there you need a Experience Level depends on the level you are in your martial Arts skills.

How do virtual classes work?

You will need a Zoom or Google account to join the Sport or Spirit session with Zoom or Google meet.

What equipment will I need by Online Sport class?

You need comfortable sport clothes enough space in your room to imitate the movements from the online class.

Will classes be recorded and accessible later?

Yes if you are an online member in the Shaolin Tiger & Dragon Membership Class.
